We're seeking a Business Analyst with Training experience in Portland, OR, hybrid assignment, onsite/remote, to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact.

SUMMARY

As a Business Analyst/Training specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the implementation of an integrated provider management platform ("Early Learning Management System") for our public sector team. Your expertise will help streamline processes, improve compliance monitoring, and enhance the technology capabilities to better serve providers.

YOU WILL:

  • Provide training support and facilitation to agency staff on the new system

  • Assist with testing and quality assurance of the system's functionality

  • Develop engaging training materials and resources to ensure effective user adoption

  • Collaborate closely with the project team and client stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into system specifications

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within the agency's operations

  • Serve as a subject matter expert, advising on best practices and innovative solutions

We strive to offer competitive compensation and benefits while maintaining flexibility for both the employee and the North Highland. Total Rewards associated with this position include an hourly rate as well as a basic benefits package for temporary employees and paid time off (PTO).
