We're seeking a Grant Manager in Tallahassee in Public Sector & Government to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact.
SUMMARY:
Manage all aspects of the grant lifecycle, from application development to final closeout, while providing excellent customer service and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external partners.
YOU WILL:

Manage the entire grant lifecycle, including application development and submission, pre-award tasks, post-award execution and monitoring, grant reconciliation, and closeout.

Provide technical assistance to grant awardees and points of contact.

Develop deliverables and prepare agreements and amendments.

Track grant budgets and submit invoices to ensure timely payments within compliance guidelines.

Maintain effective communication and coordination with grant awardees and points of contact.

Organize and maintain all grant-related files from execution to final closeout.

Enter data into tracking logs to meet compliance requirements and ensure accurate reporting.

Respond promptly and comprehensively to inquiries from internal and external entities regarding grants.

Work on special projects and reports as needed for the organization.

Assist with the continued operation and improvement within the organization.

Foster positive working relationships and facilitate ongoing communication and cooperation with both internal and external partners.

Prepare reports and analyses as requested by the supervisor for decision-making and reporting to Executive Leadership.
IDEALLY, WE’D LIKE SOMEONE WHO:

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university; or 4 years of administrative experience in a related field.

Minimum of three years of experience in the following areas:

Providing quality customer service
-
Communicating with internal and external partners using various tools and methods (verbal, written, presentation, etc.)

Administering and managing grants or contracts

Data entry, analysis, and reporting
-
Using MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
-

Highly organized, with strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-
Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Proficiency in grant management processes and best practices
-
Ability to interpret and apply complex regulations and guidelines
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent time management and prioritization abilities

Adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
