HOW WILL YOU MAKE CHANGE HAPPEN?
Support Data transformations and initiatives-Directs, manages, plans, and administers the operational and administrative activities for the program and project teams.
YOU WILL:

Responsible for delivering small to large programs and project on time, on budget, while meeting functional and quality specifications.

Responsible for communicating progress through meeting documentation, status updates, leadership meetings, program updates, and program schedules.

Manages issues, risks, and changes using appropriate and agreed upon processes and tools established.

Adheres to governance expectations and guidelines and supports client’s SDLC methodology (agile and waterfall).

Responsible for planning, leading, organizing, and motivating team members to achieve a high level of performance and quality in delivering programs and projects.

Provides consultative support and advises on programs through the various phases.

Brings experience and best practices for suggestion to the client environment.

Problem solver, facilitate and support decision making with sponsors.
IDEALLY, WE’D LIKE SOMEONE WHO:

Contracting or Consulting experience.

Solid Agile and waterfall methodology experience
-
10 years’ experience as a Program Manager
-
IT Technical, Data and Retail experience preferred.

Experience with leading team of 5-25-person team size
