HOW WILL YOU MAKE CHANGE HAPPEN?

In the Academy you will work across multiple capabilities and industries, integrating with our clients on-site as part of small, intimate teams. While there is no typical day as an Analyst you can expect to make an impact by taking on a variety of roles and responsibilities from project to project to bring our strategies to life.

YOU WILL:

IDEALLY, WE’D LIKE:

  • An excellent academic record and/or transferable work experience.

  • A genuine interest in consulting, business and technology: Project Coordination/Management, Business Analytics, Change Management, Technology Implementation, Business Strategy, Customer Experience.

  • Strong time management, planning, communication, and organisational skills.

  • A proven ability to follow a structured approach to analysing and synthesising complex problems into simple components.

  • Resiliency and flexibility in a fast-paced, project-based consulting environment.

  • Intellectual curiosity and the ingenuity needed to quickly activate on projects across numerous industry sectors and client business models.

  • A willingness to travel to address the needs of North Highland clients nationwide.

  • The emotional intelligence to read a room, adapt to varied personal and communication styles, and build consensus and credibility.
