MAKE CHANGE HAPPEN
Do you have the skills, passion, and commitment to transform Technology
Consulting for the better? If so, join us. We’re on the hunt for a new Technology Consulting Analyst to join Academy at North Highland in either Dallas or Denver, where new consulting talent is developed, building expertise and leaders from within.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE CHANGE HAPPEN?
In Academy you will work across multiple capabilities and industry verticals.
While there is no typical day in Academy you can expect to develop
deliverables for client projects using Word, Excel or PowerPoint, deliver
presentations, or organize and facilitate meetings and workshops.

Please insert the responsibilities and requirements here (i.e. “You Will:” and “Ideally, we’d like:”)
YOU WILL:
• Build a career in the Technology Consulting vertical. Joining North Highland, you
will develop your existing skills, apply your education, share your passion, and become
a high impact Analyst working across multiple industry verticals.
• Make building and sharing knowledge a superpower. This job will require you to
develop yourself, learn from others, and generously share what you know.
• Embrace different perspectives as opportunities to challenge convention. You will
cultivate, grow and support teams – with clients and internally – that are proudly
diverse and uniquely connected by our shared vision.
• Adopt our shared vision and MAKER mentality. Our vision challenges the perception
of what a consulting firm does. We’re not in it for the glory. Never have been. We’re in
it to build capabilities, to craft greatness, and to unleash potential, together.
• Make communications a core capability. You’ll be co-creating with global teams so
clear, consistent, timely communication will be critical to the success of every
deliverable.
• Step up and shine. You will develop and deliver presentations and written
deliverables, organize and facilitate meetings and workshops, and contribute to
business development opportunities and proposals.
• Own a piece of North Highland. We’re all North Highland owners and this model
sparks a higher level of quality, demands cross-disciplinary collaboration, and fosters a
culture designed to fuel personal growth.

IDEALLY, WE’D LIKE:• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university – specifically within Computer Science, MIS, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, AI, Cybersecurity, etc.
• Knowledge / experience in programming skills (e.g. Python, Java, SQL), knowledge of Cloud computing platforms, and familiarity with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile and Scrum).
• A proven ability to follow a structured approach to analyzing and synthesizing
complex problems into simple components.
• Resiliency and flexibility in a fast-paced, project-based consulting environment.
• Intellectual curiosity and the ingenuity needed to quickly activate on projects across
numerous industry sectors and client business models.
• A willingness to travel to address the needs of North Highland clients nationwide.
• The emotional intelligence to read a room, adapt to varied personal and
communication styles, and build consensus and credibility.

TRANSFORMING CLIENTS. TRANSFORMING CAREERS.
Success—for both our clients and our colleagues—is all about putting people
first and doing great things together. We believe that when we work as one
team, we can take action today to build lasting capability for tomorrow.
Here’s how we make that happen:
• Grow through your choices. We want people who strive for the next level, and then
the next. That’s why we’re passionate about giving you the tools you need to reach
your full potential. It’s rooted in our employee ownership model—with plenty of
coaching and personal development opportunities to help you forge your own path to
the top.
• You’re never a number. Our firm is large enough to scale up and tackle big client
challenges, but small enough that you won’t get lost in the crowd. And that’s
something that will never change. We celebrate individuality, collaborate as a team,
and put our people first. Always.
• Make your mark. Not content to stand still? We wouldn’t have it any other way.
There’s room to experiment and stretch yourself here, and we encourage you to bring
whatever you’ve got to the table.
