We're seeking a  BI Developer in Quito to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact.

SUMMARY

As a BI Developer in our Data & AI team, you will transform data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions and measurable impact. You’ll help us take vision to value by designing and delivering scalable business intelligence solutions that empower teams across the organization. 

YOU WILL:

 

  • Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions including dashboards, reports, and data models using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar. 

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications. 

  • Optimize data pipelines and queries for performance and scalability. 

  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across reporting systems. 

  • Support data-driven decision-making by identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. 

 

  • Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik). 

  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases. 

  • Understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes. 

  • Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and actionable manner. 

  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) is a plus. 


IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:

  • 3+ years of experience in BI development or data analytics. 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field. 

  • Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis and automation. 

  • Experience working in Agile environments and cross-functional teams.
