We're seeking a Business Analyst in London to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact.
SUMMARY
As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and growth of new products and services for our dynamic client. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, enhance customer experiences, and leverage data-driven insights to deliver tangible business value.
YOU WILL:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements, document processes, and define solutions that align with the client's strategic objectives
- Develop and test data use cases, ensuring they are effectively linked to sales and service functions to generate future requirements
- Provide a customer-centric perspective to support the implementation of new technologies, such as contact centre cloud solutions and conversational AI
- Contribute to the design and documentation of sales and service journeys, leveraging data and reporting to identify growth opportunities
- Utilize your strong process modelling and stakeholder management skills to navigate complex environments and deliver successful outcomes
IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst, preferably in a Telecommunications, consulting or technology-driven environment
- Excellent requirements gathering and process modelling skills, with experience using tools like ARIS
- Strong data analysis and visualization capabilities, with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate and influence diverse teams
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work cross-functionally to drive change and innovation
- Relevant certifications or a degree in a related field, such as Business Administration, Information Systems, or Computer Science

This is a temporary employee (PAYE) opportunity working via an Umbrella company.
