We're seeking a Business Analyst in London to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact for our UK Logistics client

*please note, this is an initial 3-6 month inside IR35 PAYE Umbrella contract that will require hybrid working in London 2 days per week

SUMMARY

As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving the transformation of our client's business processes. Your expertise in requirement design, user story definition, and facilitating workshops will be instrumental in aligning stakeholder priorities and documenting the desired future state.

YOU WILL:

  • Gather and analyze business requirements, working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs

  • Facilitate collaborative workshops to elicit and document process models and user stories

  • Translate complex business requirements into clear and concise technical specifications

  • Work within a team of Business Analysts to deliver distinct work packages for the project

  • Quickly develop domain expertise to support the client's unique business context

  • Collaborate with other team members, including developers and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery



IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong track record of delivering successful projects

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between business and technical teams

  • Proficiency in requirement gathering, process modeling, and user story definition

  • Adaptability and the ability to learn new domains quickly

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools

  • Relevant degree or certification in a related field, such as Business Analysis or Information Technology

This is a temporary employee (PAYE) opportunity working via an Umbrella company.
