We're seeking a Business Analyst in London to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact.
SUMMARY
As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial part in supporting the growth and development of innovative products and solutions for our clients.
YOU WILL:

Run and drive stakeholder engagement and requirements workshops, ensuring clear outcomes and capturing choices and resulting decisions

Capture high-level business requirements and support the detailed documentation of end-to-end customer and colleague journeys

Translate business needs into clear, actionable specifications and support the alignment of technical, architecture, product, and experience requirements

Engage closely with Solution Design resources to provide the required level of detail for high-level and detailed development effort estimates

Facilitate workshops and discussions to refine and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and technical feasibility
IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:

3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the telecommunications industry

Strong stakeholder management and requirements elicitation skills

Ability to run and drive engagement with a diverse range of stakeholders across business and technical areas

Experience in facilitating requirements workshops and capturing clear outcomes

Proficiency in translating business needs into detailed specifications
-
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and backlog management
