We're seeking a Business Analyst in West Sussex to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact.
SUMMARY:
We’re looking for a Business Analyst to play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of critical projects across our client’s business. Your expertise will be instrumental in capturing requirements, driving stakeholder engagement, and ensuring the successful implementation of transformative solutions.
YOU WILL:
- Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and pain points, and translate them into clear and comprehensive requirements
- Conduct process mapping, data flow analysis, and application assessments to identify areas for improvement
- Define and refine requirements for initiatives related to Cybersecurity, Network Infrastructure, Asset and Application Inventory, and more
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align processes, governance, and risk management strategies
- Provide gap analysis and security improvement planning to enhance the client's operational resilience
- Leverage your strong understanding of water/wastewater industry and Operational Technology (OT) systems
IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:
- Previous experience within consulting and/ or utilities experience
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a track record of delivering successful projects in a regulated industry, preferably water/wastewater or a similar sector
- Solid understanding of Cybersecurity principles and risk management frameworks
- Familiarity with Network Infrastructure, Asset Inventory, and Application Analysis
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to navigate complex environments
- Ability to think critically, problem-solve, and translate technical concepts into actionable insights
- Strong process mapping, documentation, and requirements elicitation capabilities
- Collaborative mindset and a passion for driving continuous improvement
