We're seeking a Business Analyst in London to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact.


SUMMARY:

The Business Analyst role is a crucial part of our consulting team, responsible for driving process improvements and enhancing operational efficiency for our clients. As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to identify areas of opportunity, gather and analyse data, and develop tailored solutions that deliver meaningful and sustainable results.


YOU WILL:

  • Engage with clients to understand their business challenges and requirements
  • Conduct thorough analysis, including process mapping, gap analysis, and documentation
  • Collaborate with the team to design and implement process improvements using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders at all levels
  • Demonstrate a proactive and adaptable approach to navigating ambiguity
  • Utilize strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to drive positive change


IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:

  • Relevant experience in a business analysis role, preferably within the logistics or parcels industry
  • Proficiency in process mapping, documentation, and gap analysis
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management approaches
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across the organization
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • A degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
