We're seeking a Business Process Manager in London to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact for our Managed Services Life Sciences client

*Please note, this is an initial 2-3 month Inside IR35 PAYE umbrella contract that will require onsite working in London 2 days per week)

SUMMARY

As the Process Manager, you will be responsible for scoping out the digital protocol workstream and defining the transformational 'to-be' process to ensure the business is ready for a strategic transformational process change in 2026. You will leverage your expertise in designing transformational processes and provide strategic advisory support to the senior leadership.

YOU WILL:

  • Scope out the digital protocol workstream and define the transformational 'to-be' process

  • Manage the activities required to deliver the process design on time, including planning the work, advising on workshops, identifying inter-dependencies, and mitigating risks and issues

  • Provide thought partnership on past transformational process changes and share insights on best practices

  • Translate technical concepts into easy-to-understand terminology for stakeholders

  • Demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills to drive the transformation forward


IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:

  • Extensive experience in designing transformational 'to-be' processes ideally in a life sciences or pharma company

  • Proven track record of managing strategic process change initiatives

  • Ability to understand technical concepts and effectively communicate them to non-technical stakeholders

  • Excellent stakeholder management and advisory skills

  • Strong project management expertise, including planning, execution, and delivery

  • Relevant educational background or professional certifications
