We're seeking a Campaign Developer (Marketing Operations) to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact.

SUMMARY

Position is remote- Long term contract- Must be eligible to work on W2 with no sponsorship now or in the future - No C2C on this role.  
Marketing Campaign Developer needed to assist with the creation of regular reporting and analysis of large sources of data coming into the organization.  

YOU WILL:

  • Do Project management, data exploration, population sizing, data extraction, design of experiment (DOE), legal review of data usage, and offline/online channel management.

  • Oversee planning, execution, and production support of marketing campaigns

  • Basic understanding of relational database structures and principles

  • Experience using SAS, SQL, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other database access tools with a strong desire to build even greater proficiency in these types of tools

  • Ability to build and interpret business requirements documents and translate defined requirements into detailed targeting specifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Communicate complex issues to a wide variety of both technical and non-technical audiences, front line workers and senior executives in either one to one or group settings

  • Experience working in a fast-past environment and managing multiple priorities

  • Project management experience

  • Direct marketing campaign process including DOE construction, campaign design, measurement and tracking

  • Experience working in the financial industry

  • Willing to question the status quo and take assignments to lead a group of peers on capability improvement initiatives.


IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:

  • 3 years of professional experience in a data driven role

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with clients

  • SQL Programming experience

  • Familiarity with demographic, interest, and transactional data from industry aggregators

  • Digital and email online platforms

  • MS in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or other quantitative discipline is preferred

  • BS in same fields would be acceptable depending on work experience
