We're seeking an Organizational Change Manager in Portland, OR for our retail and consumer products practice to help drive change readiness, stakeholder engagement, and adoption for assigned implementation scope. This is a 8-month contract assignment, onsite 4 days a week in the Portland Metro Area.
SUMMARY:
As an Organizational Change Manager, you will own readiness, stakeholder engagement, and adoption planning for your assigned implementation scope. You will help ensure leaders, teams, and impacted users are prepared for change and able to adopt new ways of working effectively.
YOU WILL:

Develop change and adoption plans aligned to the implementation roadmap

Conduct stakeholder, impact, and readiness assessments

Activate leaders, sponsors, and change networks

Define and monitor readiness and adoption indicators

Coordinate with program, communications, learning, business, technology, and analytics partners

Own the adoption strategy for assigned scope while partnering with program leadership on the broader delivery plan
IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:

Enterprise change or transformation leadership experience

Strong stakeholder engagement and impact assessment experience

Experience building readiness, adoption, and reinforcement plans

Experience working in complex, global, or matrixed environments

Prosci certification preferred

Ability to coordinate across program, communications, learning, business, technology, and analytics teams

Clear understanding of the role boundary: this role owns adoption strategy for assigned scope; program leadership owns the integrated delivery plan, milestones, dependencies, and governance
