We're seeking a Change Manager in London for our utilities managed service client to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact. 

SUMMARY

As a Change Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving transformation and solutions to support the Southern Water team through technical and process design. You will work to improve performance, ensure regulatory compliance, enhance stakeholder experience, and define a path to long-term process and technology optimization. Your expertise and leadership will be instrumental in making a real difference to the organization and its systems users.

Client site working 2 days per week in Worthing will be required for this role.

YOU WILL:
  • Design and implement quick wins to address identified pain points and make a tangible impact within an 8-week timeframe
  • Own and drive outcomes, working closely with a client that is not accustomed to working with consultants but is under significant operational pressure
  • Leverage your infrastructure operational (field force) knowledge or experience to support the organization's needs
  • Utilize your water sector expertise to provide tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with the Pollution Management team and supporting operational and digital functions to transform processes and technologies
IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:
  • Proven experience as a Change Manager, with a track record of successful transformations
  • Strong understanding of process and technology optimization, particularly in the water or infrastructure sectors
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to navigate complex client relationships
  • Ability to work autonomously and drive outcomes in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements in the water industry
  • Passion for driving change and making a tangible impact on the client's operations
