We're seeking a Change Manager in London for one of our Managed Services life-sciences client's to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact.
*please note, this is a 4 month inside IR35 contract PAYE umbrella and will require onsite working in London 2 days per week.
SUMMARY
As a Change Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful implementation of new technology within our client's Global Clinical Operations. You will be responsible for building the case for change, assessing the impact on users, and designing an effective change management plan to enable smooth adoption and high user engagement.
YOU WILL:

Conduct a comprehensive change impact assessment to define the change management requirements for users

Design a detailed change plan to support effective user adoption and the appropriate level of training and support

Deliver engaging communications and change management activities to build awareness, excitement, and alignment across different workstreams

Provide business case support and define key performance indicators to track the success of the change initiative

Collect and analyze user feedback to continuously improve the change management approach
IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Change Manager, with a proven track record of leading successful technology implementations

Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies, such as ADKAR or Kotter's 8-Step Process

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences

Proficiency in designing and delivering training programs to equip users with the necessary skills and knowledge

Analytical mindset with the ability to collect and interpret user data to drive continuous improvement

Collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Relevant educational background, such as a degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field
Applicants must be authorized to work in the United Kingdom, without the need for visa sponsorship by North Highland. Work visa sponsorship will not be provided, either now or in the future, for this position.
