We're seeking a Change Manager in London to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact. 
SUMMARY
As a Change Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving the integration and utilisation of platform within the client's marketing division. Your deep-dive analysis, stakeholder engagement, and process mapping expertise will be instrumental in identifying barriers to adoption and developing tailored solutions to address them. By year-end, your efforts will deliver actionable insights, stakeholder buy-in, and measurable improvements in platform adoption metrics, ultimately enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the client's marketing operations.
YOU WILL:
 
- 
	Conduct a comprehensive analysis of the client's marketing division structure, workflows, and key personnel to identify the best business units and brands to target for platform adoption 
- 
	Investigate existing data on non-users to understand the barriers to adoption and propose tailored solutions 
- 
	Facilitate workshops and training sessions to demonstrate the platform’s capabilities and value within specific marketing workflows 
- 
	Act as a liaison between the marketing division and central team to address user concerns and ensure seamless integration 
IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:
- 
	Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Python, SQL) and experience with marketing analytics and user behavior analysis 
- 
	Familiarity with business process mapping and workflow optimisation 
- 
	Strong communication and presentation skills for effective stakeholder engagement 
- 
	Ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers 
- 
	Problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address adoption challenges 
- 
	Relevant experience in a consulting or change management role, preferably within a marketing or technology environment
