We are seeking a Change Manager to play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of critical operational technology programmes at our client.
YOU WILL:
- Collaborate closely with the Product team to understand the scope, objectives, and potential impact of the technology programmes
- Develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy to effectively communicate, engage, and support the affected stakeholders
- Identify and address potential barriers to adoption, resistance to change, and other challenges that may arise during the transformation
- Provide guidance and support to the project team, ensuring that change management activities are aligned with the overall programme delivery
- Monitor and measure the success of the change initiatives, making adjustments as needed to drive the desired outcomes
- Leverage your strong change management expertise, including experience in operational change, to lead the organisation through this period of significant transformation
IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:
- Extensive experience in change management, with a proven track record of successfully leading complex transformations, particularly in the Consulting and Utilities industry
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence individuals at all levels of the organisation
- Strong project management capabilities, including the ability to develop and execute detailed change management plans
- Familiarity with operational technology systems and processes, and a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities associated with system replacements and data model changes
- A collaborative and adaptable approach, with the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Relevant educational qualifications, such as a degree in a relevant field or professional certifications in change management or project management
