We are seeking a Change Manager to play a pivotal role in driving significant improvements to our client's response process. By building on the review of their current end-to-end response process and the design of a new, enhanced process, you will implement transformative changes that will improve performance, ensure regulatory compliance, enhance stakeholder experience, and define a path to long-term process and technology optimisation.
YOU WILL:

Collaborate closely with the client and support the operational and digital functions to implement the new, improved response process

Analyze the existing process, identify areas for improvement, and design innovative solutions to address the identified challenges

Ensure seamless implementation of the new process, providing guidance and support to stakeholders throughout the transition

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the new process, making adjustments as necessary to optimize performance

Contribute to the definition of a long-term strategy for process and technology optimization, paving the way for sustainable change
IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:

Proven experience in leading change management initiatives, preferably within the utilities or a similar operational environment

Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies and a track record of successful implementation

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics

Analytical mindset and problem-solving capabilities to identify and address process inefficiencies

Collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

Relevant qualifications or certifications in change management, process improvement, or a related field
Applicants must be authorized to work in the United Kingdom, without the need for visa sponsorship by North Highland. Work visa sponsorship will not be provided, either now or in the future, for this position.
