We're seeking a Change Manager in Atlanta to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact.


SUMMARY:

As a Change Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our client's Financial Transformation Program. Your expertise in change management strategy and execution will ensure effective change management and positive outcomes for the organization.


YOU WILL:
 

  • Lead the Change Management team in supporting transformation initiatives across the Finance department

  • Develop and implement comprehensive change management plans to facilitate seamless organizational changes

  • Collaborate closely with project stakeholders to understand their needs and concerns, and tailor change management approaches accordingly

  • Provide guidance and support to employees throughout the change process, ensuring their buy-in and adoption of new processes and technologies

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management initiatives, and make adjustments as needed

  • Communicate progress, challenges, and successes to project leadership and key stakeholders

  • Mentor and develop the Change Management team to enhance their skills and capabilities


IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:
 

  • Significant experience in a managerial-level change management role, preferably within a consulting or professional services environment

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful change management strategies

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics

  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to identify and address change-related challenges

  • Proficiency in change management methodologies and tools, such as ADKAR or Kotter's 8-Step Process

  • Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

  • Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

  • Passion for driving organizational transformation and empowering employees through change
