We're seeking a Change Manager in Atlanta to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact.
SUMMARY:
As a Change Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the execution of a change strategy for several financial transformation products. Your role will be critical in ensuring the successful rollout and adoption of new financial tools to our client's operators. Your expertise and leadership will help drive positive change and make a significant impact on the client's business.
YOU WILL:

Develop change management materials as outlined in the strategic, communications, and training plans

Proactively move work forward and lead through ambiguity

Remain calm under pressure and demonstrate the ability to run at a fast pace

Collaborate with the consulting team to deliver a seamless change experience for the client
IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:

3 years' experience in change management, preferably in a consulting or financial services environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Adaptability and flexibility to navigate changing priorities and requirements

Passion for driving organizational transformation and delivering successful outcomes
