SUMMARY:
The Change Manager will be responsible for supporting the execution of a change strategy for an enterprise transformation initiative. Must have strong experience in stakeholder engagement (needs to build relationship/trust). Must be onsite 3-4 days per week so candidate must be located in the Philly area.
YOU WILL:

Lead change management activities to drive employee engagement and adoption

Develop change management materials as outlined in the strategic communications and training plans

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address potential barriers to change

Provide regular updates and progress reports to project stakeholders

Demonstrate a calm and proactive approach to managing change in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:

Relevant experience in a change management role in a consulting or professional services environment preferred

Management Consulting experience.

Prosci Certification or comparable Change Management Certification.

Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.

Ability to work independently and take initiative to move work forward

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
