SUMMARY:

As a Change Manager, you will be responsible for rapidly translating our client's strategy into a practical, executable activation plan. You will work closely with cross-functional and sport teams across the organization to design a phased activation plan, define the scope of activities, and ensure the successful execution of this complex, high-impact project.

YOU WILL:

  • Identify activities that can be executed in a sport-agnostic way

  • Design a phased activation plan by sport, navigating the unique needs of different business units

  • Define the overall change strategy and plan, ensuring effective coordination across multiple functions

  • Finalize the scope of activities and required team roles to support execution

  • Lead workshops and gather input from stakeholders to shape the final plan

  • Serve as the core engine for this work, driving progress and delivering the expected outcomes

IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:

  • Significant experience in driving large-scale organizational change initiatives

  • Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build consensus

  • Demonstrated success in translating complex strategies into practical, actionable steps

  • Familiarity with the sports industry or experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • A collaborative mindset and the flexibility to adapt to evolving requirements

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
