SUMMARY:
As a Change Manager, you will be responsible for rapidly translating our client's strategy into a practical, executable activation plan. You will work closely with cross-functional and sport teams across the organization to design a phased activation plan, define the scope of activities, and ensure the successful execution of this complex, high-impact project.
YOU WILL:

Identify activities that can be executed in a sport-agnostic way

Design a phased activation plan by sport, navigating the unique needs of different business units

Define the overall change strategy and plan, ensuring effective coordination across multiple functions

Finalize the scope of activities and required team roles to support execution

Lead workshops and gather input from stakeholders to shape the final plan

Serve as the core engine for this work, driving progress and delivering the expected outcomes
IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:

Significant experience in driving large-scale organizational change initiatives

Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build consensus

Demonstrated success in translating complex strategies into practical, actionable steps

Familiarity with the sports industry or experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

A collaborative mindset and the flexibility to adapt to evolving requirements

Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
