We're seeking a Change Manager in Portland, OR to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact. Contract Assignment, 12-18 months, 4 days a week onsite.
SUMMARY
As our new Change Manager, you will play a critical role in leading the transition and adoption of our client's technology remediation initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to apply your expertise in change management to ensure a seamless and successful implementation for our client, Nike. Your strategic approach and execution of adoption-focused strategies will be pivotal in minimizing disruption and driving the desired business outcomes.
YOU WILL:

Assess the end-to-end stakeholder change management needs and design tailored strategies to drive adoption

Define and execute a comprehensive learning and development plan to equip the team with the necessary knowledge and skills

Measure the success of the change initiatives and continuously adapt plans to optimize results

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align and coordinate the change management efforts

Provide regular progress updates and recommendations to the client leadership team

Serve as a trusted advisor and change management expert, guiding the client through the transformation journey
IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:

Extensive experience in leading complex change management initiatives, preferably in a consulting environment, apparel, product creation and merchandise planning experience would be preferred.

Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to navigate diverse stakeholder groups

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical information into actionable insights

Proven track record of developing and executing successful change management strategies that drive sustainable adoption

Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile or Waterfall

Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field

Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in change management
