We're seeking a Change Manager to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact for our government agency client.

Please note, this is an initial 3-6 month inside IR35 PAYE Umbrella contract that will require an active SC clearance and working onsite 2 days per week in London

SUMMARY

As a Change Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the implementation of an IT-wide Operational Model transformation for our government agency client. Your expertise in change management will be instrumental in ensuring colleagues understand the changes, stay engaged, and embrace the new ways of working.

YOU WILL:

  • Own the change strategy and lead the development of engaging change, communication, and training materials to support the transformation

  • Work closely with senior-level sponsors to define and execute culture change campaigns that drive the adoption of desired behaviours

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align stakeholders and build buy-in for the transformation

  • Proactively identify and address potential barriers to change, developing mitigation strategies to ensure a smooth transition

  • Monitor the progress of the transformation and provide regular updates to leadership


IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:

  •  Extensive experience in leading large-scale change initiatives, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment.

  • Current and active government SC clearance preferably Home Office (essential)

  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences

  • A strategic mindset and the ability to think creatively to overcome challenges

  • A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

  • Relevant qualifications in change management, such as PROSCI or similar certifications
