We're seeking a Change Manager – GenAI in London for one of our Managed Services life-sciences client's to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact.
*Please note, this is a 6 month inside IR35 contract PAYE umbrella and will require onsite working in London 2 days per week.
SUMMARY
As a Change Manager at our organization, you will play a crucial role in supporting the our clients' transition to utilizing generative AI tools, as part of their day-to-day operations. Your efforts will be instrumental in driving the successful adoption of these new technologies and ensuring a seamless rollout of future product releases.
YOU WILL:

Develop and implement a refined change management strategy, communication plan, and engagement plan to facilitate the transition to using generative AI tools

Deliver effective training to the team on how to utilize the new AI tools, ensuring high levels of adoption

Manage stakeholders and maintain strong communication throughout the change process

Monitor the progress of the change initiative and make adjustments as needed to ensure its successful implementation

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on the change strategy and ensure a coordinated approach

Identify and address any resistance or challenges that arise during the change process
IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:
-
Previous experience within Life Science and/ or consultancy

Significant experience in change management, with a proven track record of successfully implementing organizational changes

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels

Expertise in training delivery and the ability to tailor training programs to meet the needs of different audiences

Familiarity with generative AI tools and technologies, or a willingness to quickly learn and become proficient

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address any issues that arise during the change process

A collaborative and adaptable mindset, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment

Relevant university degree or equivalent experience in a related field
Applicants must be authorized to work in the United Kingdom, without the need for visa sponsorship by North Highland. Work visa sponsorship will not be provided, either now or in the future, for this position.
