We're seeking a Change Manager in London to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact for our government body client
*please note, this is an initial 3-6 month inside IR35 PAYE umbrella contract that will require hybrid working in London 2 days per week
SUMMARY
As a Public Sector Change Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving transformative initiatives within the organisation Your exceptional change management expertise and deep understanding of the public sector will be instrumental in guiding the organization through complex transitions, ensuring seamless implementation and maximizing the impact of these changes.
YOU WILL:
• Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of change management strategies to support the successful delivery of key projects and initiatives
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify and address potential barriers to change, mitigating risks and ensuring a smooth transition
• Develop and implement comprehensive communication plans to engage stakeholders, foster buy-in, and manage expectations throughout the change process
• Provide hands-on coaching and support to employees, empowering them to adapt to new ways of working and embrace the changes
• Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives, making data-driven adjustments to optimize outcomes
• Leverage your strong problem-solving skills and strategic mindset to navigate complex challenges and drive sustainable change
IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:
• Extensive experience as a Change Manager, preferably in the public sector or a similar regulated environment
• Demonstrated expertise in leading large-scale change initiatives, with a track record of successful implementation
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to tailor your approach to diverse audiences
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, coupled with a keen eye for detail
• Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and lead teams through periods of transition
• Familiarity with change management methodologies and best practices
• Relevant educational background, such as a degree in Change Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Exceptional interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to build trust and confidence
Applicants must be authorized to work in the United Kingdom, without the need for visa sponsorship by North Highland. Work visa sponsorship will not be provided, either now or in the future, for this position.
