As a Change Management (Consultant), you will support the successful delivery of change management initiatives by assessing organizational impacts, supporting stakeholder engagement activities, and helping prepare organizations for change adoption. You will play a key role in ensuring employees and stakeholders are informed, trained, and equipped to embrace new ways of working.
SUMMARY
In this role, you will work closely with Change Managers, project teams, and business stakeholders to execute change management activities, monitor readiness, and measure adoption outcomes. This position is ideal for individuals looking to build their expertise in organizational change and transformation within a collaborative consulting environment.
YOU WILL:

Conduct change impact assessments to identify how organizational changes affect people, processes, and ways of working.

Support stakeholder analysis and engagement activities.

Develop and maintain change management plans, communication materials, and training content.

Track organizational readiness and adoption metrics throughout project delivery.

Facilitate stakeholder feedback collection and analysis.

Support the execution of communication campaigns and learning initiatives.

Assist in preparing change interventions and engagement workshops.

Monitor risks related to user adoption and change readiness.

Maintain documentation related to change management activities and outcomes.

Collaborate with project teams to ensure alignment between change activities and project objectives.
IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, Organizational Development, or a related discipline.

2+ years of experience supporting organizational change initiatives or transformation programmes.

Knowledge of change management methodologies and frameworks.

Experience supporting stakeholder engagement, communications, or training activities.

Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in project-based environments.
