We're seeking a consultant level PMO to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact for our automotive client
Please note, this is an initial 3-6 months inside IR35 PAYE Umbrella contract that will require onsite working in Hampshire 2 days per week.
SUMMARY
As a PMO, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of complex projects for our prestigious automotive client. Your expertise in project management and governance will be instrumental in ensuring the successful execution of these initiatives, driving progress and contributing to the client's strategic objectives.
YOU WILL:

Provide comprehensive project support, including the creation of presentations, dashboards, and other reporting materials for steering committee meetings

Assist with the implementation and maintenance of project management processes and frameworks to enhance visibility and control

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, identify risks and issues, and recommend mitigation strategies

Contribute to the development and refinement of project plans, ensuring alignment with the client's goals and requirements

Facilitate effective communication and coordination among stakeholders, fostering a collaborative environment for project delivery

Demonstrate exceptional PowerPoint skills to create visually compelling and informative presentations
IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:

2-4 years of proven experience as a Project Support or PMO Consultant, preferably within a consulting or professional services environment

Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the capacity to engage with senior-level stakeholders

Proficiency in data analysis and the creation of insightful reports and dashboards

Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile or Waterfall

A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and a willingness to take on a variety of tasks as needed
Applicants must be authorized to work in the United Kingdom, without the need for visa sponsorship by North Highland. Work visa sponsorship will not be provided, either now or in the future, for this position.
