We're seeking a Creative Consultant in London to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact.


SUMMARY:
As a Creative Consultant, you will play a vital role in shaping the digital presence and strategic narrative of our consulting firm. Your diverse writing and content creation skills, coupled with your expertise in user experience and customer experience design, will be instrumental in driving impactful digital initiatives and engaging our clients and stakeholders.

YOU WILL:
  • Produce a wide range of compelling content, including blog posts, articles, website copy, and interactive documents/PDFs
  • Demonstrate strong research and analytical abilities to gather information and craft engaging, informative content
  • Adapt your writing style and tone to suit different audiences and platforms
  • Utilize various digital tools and platforms for content publishing and promotion
  • Showcase your creativity and storytelling skills to create impactful and visually appealing content
  • Collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality work within agreed-upon timelines
  • Contribute to the development of user journeys, persona creation, and behavioral analysis to enhance the user and customer experience

IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:
  • Proven experience in diverse content creation, including writing for various mediums and platforms
  • Proficiency in graphic design and creative content development, with a strong understanding of visual storytelling
  • Expertise in user experience and customer experience design, including crafting user journeys, persona development, and journey mapping
  • Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills to gather insights and translate them into compelling narratives
  • Adaptability to work across different industries and audiences, demonstrating a versatile skill set
  • Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest digital trends and technologies
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Degree in a relevant field, such as marketing, communications, or design


Applicants must be authorized to work in the United Kingdom, without the need for visa sponsorship by North Highland. Work visa sponsorship will not be provided, either now or in the future, for this position. This is a temporary employee (PAYE) opportunity working via an Umbrella company.
