HOW WILL YOU MAKE CHANGE HAPPEN?
Join our Johannesburg team as a Director, you will be at the heart of each of our consulting teams, looking after our people and managing their performance and success.
As the new Director, you will act as the culture champion, promoting our people centricity through ways of working and by building and growing diverse teams across our client base.
YOU WILL:

One of the following skillset or a mix: PPM, PBA, Change to lead delivery across complex engagements, maximize delivery impact

Manage, coach and influence individuals on the journey through growth whilst continuing to embed the North Highland culture into our South African branch

Lead NH's wider Strategic objectives and initiatives effectively to strengthen NH's positioning on our Near-shoring offerings
-
Dive deep into the challenges facing clients, think big and draw on your personal point of view to develop creative solutions to their toughest business problems.

Serve as project team member or project manager as needed.

Work collaboratively to build and oversee the capabilities so that they are set-up for future success

Apply transformation expertise to deliver solutions that are functional, effective, and of lasting value to the client.

Develop trusted relationships with client executive teams and industry organizations that result in new business opportunities.

Create exciting new solutions for client pursuits and/or business development proposals.
-
Be known as recognized thought leader in Program and Portfolio management.
IDEALLY, WE’D LIKE:
-
10+ years of management consulting, advisory, professional services, industry and/or Big 4 consulting experience.
-
Experience running engagements, managing teams, and driving desired business outcomes throughout delivery, as well as the ability to pinpoint gaps and omissions.

A demonstrated track record of leading large, complex consulting engagements, with roles that involve building and fostering relationships with senior-level client executives.

Proven subject matter or content expertise in PPM or Business Analysis or Change Management

Demonstrated success in delivering expert solutions and methodologies to existing and new client accounts.

Creative ingenuity and a proven ability to find or design simple solutions to complex challenges.

An ability to authentically establish credibility, build consensus, and activate collaboration with clients and teammates.

Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
-
External accreditation or recognition from recognized professional bodies.

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university. A master’s degree or professional certifications are bonuses.
