Simply put, we make change happen like no one else and we’re on the hunt for a Digital Marketing Director in our Atlanta, Georgia office.  We're seeking a visionary Digital Marketing Director to lead our comprehensive digital strategy and drive measurable business growth. In this senior leadership role, you'll oversee a team of digital marketing professionals while directing our website, social media strategy, paid advertising, marketing technology stack, automation programs, email marketing, analytics, and budget management. You’ll be working alongside other changemakers in our firm to elevate brand awareness and engagement through our owned social channels, integrated campaign support, and employee advocacy programs.

YOU WILL:
Team Management:

  • Lead and develop a team of digital marketers, providing coaching, performance management, and career development.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to set digital marketing goals, KPIs, and growth targets.

  • Foster a culture of innovation, data-driven decision making, and continuous improvement.


Digital Strategy and Demand Operations:

  • Oversee website strategy, user experience optimization, and conversion rate improvement initiatives.

  • Integrate AI into digital workflows for greater efficiency.

  • Direct social media strategy across all platforms (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook, EveryoneSocial, etc.), ensuring brand consistency and engagement growth.

  • Manage multi-channel paid advertising campaigns (SEM, display, social, programmatic) with ROI accountability.

  • Lead marketing technology evaluation, implementation, and optimization efforts.

  • Drive email marketing strategy and performance optimization.

  • Oversee marketing automation programs and customer journey optimization.


Analytics, Budget and Performance:

  • Manage digital marketing budget, allocating resources for maximum impact and ROI, while maintaining accurate forecasts and communications with finance partners.

  • Lead marketing analytics initiatives, translating complex data into actionable business insights.

  • Establish measurement frameworks and attribution models across all digital touchpoints.


IDEALLY, WE’D LIKE:
Leadership Experience:

  • 7+ years in digital marketing with 3+ years managing teams. Proven track record of building and scaling marketing organizations in professional services or similar industries.

Strategic Vision:

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute comprehensive digital strategies that drive business growth. Experience with budget management ($1M+) and P&L accountability.

Technical Expertise:

  • Deep knowledge of marketing technology stack including CRM, marketing automation, analytics platforms, and emerging martech solutions. Advanced proficiency in HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Google and LinkedIn advertising, Airtable (or comparable project management tools), and AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, CoPilot).

Data Mastery:

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing attribution, forecasting, and performance optimization. Ability to translate complex data into compelling business narratives for C-suite audiences.

Operational Excellence:

  • Proven project management capabilities with experience managing multiple campaigns, vendors, and cross-functional initiatives simultaneously.

Communication & Influence:

  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills with experience influencing senior stakeholders and building consensus across organizations.

Educational Foundation:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field from an accredited institution. MBA or advanced certifications in digital marketing are preferred.

Communication – provides clear messaging through emails, NH Weekly updates, power point presentations, etc. to inform and influence the business.

Cultural Awareness – demonstrates and utilizes an awareness of our culture and how data impacts, informs, and influences our culture.
