We're seeking a Director in Atlanta in Organizational Strategy to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact.
SUMMARY
Our Organizational Strategy team helps clients build the capacity to adapt to deliver and innovate in the face of external changes and competitive pressures. We’re looking for process optimization, business architecture, and/or capability and value stream modelling experts to help us grow further. As a member of North Highland’s process team, you’ll work with clients to identify operational objectives, existing gaps, and optimization opportunities. Using operational excellence and cutting-edge automation methods, you’ll be a key player in helping clients cost effectively address business process challenges and unlock the value of their existing platforms. Through a human-centered approach, our team effectively matches capabilities to client needs, improving the efficiency of core business processes and enabling scale and sustained value.

YOU WILL:

Uses Process expertise to lead delivery across complex engagements, maximize delivery impact, transform the client’s thinking, and influence their decision making.

Dive deep into the challenges facing clients, think big and draw on your personal point of view to develop creative solutions to their toughest business problems.

Use your knowledge of process and operations to influence senior clients and bring that lens to organizational design, continuous improvement, cost optimization, and ways of working. You will be expected to collaboratively design strategies, align leaders, and manage project scope in ambiguous environments, delivering desired business outcomes and high-quality deliverables.

Develop trusted relationships with client executive teams and industry organizations that result in new business opportunities.

You will work closely with other Strategy Practice colleagues to bring cross-capability expertise as integrated solutions to clients.

Actively drive business development through the identification of new opportunities with new and existing clients and shaping and leading proposal development. Influence senior buyers through expertise, market knowledge across workforce transformation to support business growth.

Participate in Strategy Practice initiatives to build and grow our approach to driving customer centric businesses by modernizing client operations and transforming their workforce? objectives.

Contribute to the formal development of tools, methodologies and go to market applications, and inspire innovative approaches and techniques.

Nurture talent in a high growth team, building scale as we expand our business and promoting our people centric culture as an ambassador for driving a great working experience.

Be known as recognized thought leader in Process, Business Architecture, and/or Capability Modelling.

IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:

10+ years of management consulting, advisory, professional services, industry and/or Big 4 consulting experience.

A demonstrated track record of successfully working on large, complex consulting engagements.

Heavy experience in process improvement for enterprise companies.

Ability to lead technical and functional resources on programs/projects for large-scale enterprise transformation.

Proven subject matter or content expertise in Process and Business Architecture.

Demonstrated success in delivering expert solutions and methodologies to existing and new client accounts.?

Experience running engagements, managing teams, and driving desired business outcomes throughout delivery, as well as the ability to pinpoint gaps and omissions.

A demonstrated track record of leading large, complex consulting engagements, with roles that involve building and fostering relationships with senior-level client executives.

Creative ingenuity and a proven ability to find or design simple solutions to complex challenges.

An ability to build, lead and develop teams in thinking in a design-led, employee and/or customer-focused way.

An ability to authentically establish credibility, build consensus, and activate collaboration with clients and teammates.

Excellent interpersonal communication skills.

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university. A master’s degree or professional certifications are bonuses.

Experience using practical tools and methodologies in process optimization, business architecture, and value stream modeling.

Successful business development focus, specifically in crafting proposals and pitching to clients. Establishing immediate credibility with c-suite clients to build consensus and achieve goals through influence.
