We're seeking a Director in Philadelphia in Tech & Data to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact.
SUMMARY
The Director will lead our Tech & Data practice with primary focus on transportation agencies or systems in pubic sector. The ideal candidate will combine strong client relationship management skills with public sector transportation expertise to drive growth and deliver exceptional value to our government clients.
YOU WILL:

Oversee delivery of multiple concurrent engagements, ensuring quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction.

Monitor account performance, client satisfaction, and project delivery.

Resolve escalated issues and ensure client expectations are consistently met or exceeded.

Navigate complex state procurement processes to secure new business opportunities.

Collaborate with practice, industry and market leaders to bring the right solutions to client challenges.

Provide thought leadership and strategic guidance to state executives on industry trends, best practices, and innovative solutions.
IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:

Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.

12+ years of professional services experience with at least 5 years focused on public sector clients.

Proven track record of client relationship management and account growth.

Experience with transportation agencies or systems (knowledge of tolling systems beneficial).

Background in public sector technology modernization or digital transformation

Experience leading teams and managing complex, multi-workstream engagements.

Demonstrated success in business development and navigating government procurement processes.

Strong understanding of public sector operations, challenges, and transformation opportunities.

Excellent communication skills with ability to engage effectively at all levels of client organizations.

Experience with public sector technology implementations and organizational change initiatives .

Experience with federal funding mechanisms that impact state programs.

Ability to build trusted advisor relationships with senior government officials.
