We're seeking a Enterprise Architect in Houston to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact.
YOU WILL:

Design and implement business-focused, repeatable solutions that solve customer challenges and drive measurable value, leveraging industry best practices.

Lead workshops to define, redesign, and improve Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) processes, conducting gap analyses to identify improvement opportunities across people, processes, and technology.

Assess current systems and processes to recommend improvements, articulating benefits, risks, and trade-offs for each proposed solution.

Document and manage business and process requirements to ensure alignment with customer goals and expectations.

Guide project teams in implementing future-state processes, providing expert support throughout the lifecycle to ensure successful outcomes.

Oversee end-to-end implementation projects, including requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, and user training.

Develop training programs, communication plans, and stakeholder engagement strategies to support organizational change and drive adoption.

Act as the primary liaison between the client and software provider, building trust-based relationships and aligning solutions to strategic objectives.

Advise clients on leveraging SPM capabilities to enhance prioritization, governance, and performance tracking.

Conduct needs assessments to identify pain points and design tailored solutions that optimize resource allocation and risk management.

Provide ongoing strategic guidance on portfolio management frameworks (e.g., PPM, Agile, SAFe) and performance metrics to maximize ROI.

Monitor post-implementation KPIs and software usage to identify areas for optimization and continuous improvement.

Develop and maintain key documentation, including process flows, roles/responsibilities, workshop materials, and analysis reports.

Deliver high-quality process-related deliverables on time, ensuring alignment with business outcomes.

Client Support & Business Growth

Proactively address client concerns, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with support teams to ensure timely resolution and satisfaction.

Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities, working with sales teams to expand client engagements.

Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies to provide cutting-edge insights and maintain competitive advantage.
IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:

7+ years of experience focusing on SPM solutions.
-
Proven experience in leading workshops, gathering key requirements, and influencing decision-making at senior levels, including CIOs, CFOs, and IT Directors.

Ability to provide technical guidance across all project stakeholders, delivering effective solutions while working closely with diverse teams.

Familiarity with writing and managing user stories for project delivery.

Experience in conducting workshops and working directly with stakeholders to understand needs and recommend solutions.

Customer-centric mindset with strong interpersonal abilities.

Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
