We're seeking a Product Manager in London (Hybrid) with occasional travel Newcastle to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact for our Fintec client.
*please note, this is an initial 3-6 month Inside IR35 PAYE Umbrella contract that will require onsite working 2 days per week in London with very occasional travel to client site in Newcastle.
SUMMARY
As a Product Manager in the Financial Services (Tech) team, you will play a crucial role in driving innovation and delivering cutting-edge solutions that transform the industry. Your expertise and strategic vision will be instrumental in shaping the future of our technology-driven offerings, ensuring we stay ahead of the curve and meet the evolving needs of our clients.
YOU WILL:

Manage the development and implementation of innovative product strategies across multiple work streams, including Operations Model, Data, and Fintech

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and business stakeholders, to define product requirements, roadmaps, and success metrics

Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities for product enhancement and new product development

Effectively communicate product vision, features, and benefits to both internal and external stakeholders, securing buy-in and driving adoption

Manage the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring seamless delivery and continuous improvement

Utilize data-driven insights to optimize product performance, identify areas for improvement, and make informed decisions

Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the team
IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:

Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the financial services or technology industry

Strong understanding of the fintech landscape and the ability to identify emerging trends and technologies

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into user-friendly solutions

Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels

Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment

Familiarity with agile development methodologies and product management best practices

Degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Computer Science, or Engineering
