We're seeking a Full Stack Engineer in Quito to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact.
YOU WILL:

Design and develop full stack web applications using C#, and modern front-end technologies.

Architect and manage AWS-based cloud infrastructure and services.

Implement and optimize MariaDB (MySQL) database solutions.

Collaborate with client stakeholders to define technical requirements and project roadmaps.

Lead cross-functional teams and mentor junior engineers and consultants.

Ensure high standards for code quality, performance, and security.

Support DevOps and CI/CD processes for efficient and reliable delivery.
IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:
-
3-5 years of experience as a full stack developer or technical consultant.

Strong hands-on expertise with:
-
Amazon Web Services (AWS) (EC2, RDS, Lambda, etc.)
-
C# / .NET Core
-
Knowledge of modern front-end frameworks (Angular).

MariaDB / MySQL – schema design, performance tuning, replication, etc.
-
Solid understanding of modern web development practices (REST APIs, MVC, microservices).

Proven experience delivering scalable and secure web applications.

Strong communication and client-facing skills.
