We're seeking a Human Resources (HR) Coordinator in our South Africa office to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact.  

YOU WILL:
  • Administer on-boarding for new hires to include pre-employment testing, updating recruiting system (Bullhorn), and overseeing on-boarding processes in Workday to ensure a smooth experience for new joiners.
  • Collaborate with Recruiters and Candidate Experience team with onboarding updates while working closely with background check vendors regarding any issues/delays.
  • Collaborate with HR team with off-boarding employees to include accurate term processes, termination letters, severance packages, and exit interviews to ensure a smooth transition for all employees.
  • Provide guidance and interpretation of HR policies, procedures, and processes.
  • Respond to questions regarding onboarding, terminations, paycheck issues, benefits issues, PTO issues, etc. (may involve collaborating with HR, payroll, IT, recruiting, etc.)
  • Work with HRBP to align coach for all new hires within the first 10 days.
  • Administer changes to employment status including reduced work arrangements, promotions, demotions, raises, etc.
  • Maintain employee records in Workday (HRIS System) while auditing information to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage Workday reports such as on-boarding dashboards, Workday Inbox, report requests, etc.
  • Support performance projects throughout the year including monthly and/or periodic processes, comm.’s and reporting.
  • Provide monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reporting to HRBPs and senior leadership.
  • Support all audit requests with clients and auditors.
  • Support all client onboarding requests.
  • Collaborate across entire HR team to learn functions and proactively identify operational efficiencies.
  • All other duties as assigned by Manager/Lead.
IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:
  • BS/BA in HR, Business or another related field required.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in Human Resources or any similar combination of education and experience.
  • 1-3 years of Workday experience (HRIS) preferred. Expertise with HRIS systems required.
  • Ability to interact/collaborate effectively with employees at all levels
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, while meeting SLAs
  • Adaptable, resourceful with excellent customer service skills
  • Takes initiative and self-motivated.
  • Proficient in MS Office: Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
