We're seeking an InfoSec  Solutions Architect to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact for one of our major UK hospitality clients.

*Please note, this is an initial 3-6 months inside IR35 PAYE umbrella contract that will require working in our client's head office in Bedfordshire

SUMMARY

As an InfoSec Solutions Architect, you will play a crucial role in driving security initiatives forward. Your expertise and strategic thinking will be instrumental in enhancing the security posture of our organization, ensuring they stay ahead of evolving threats and protect their valuable assets.

YOU WILL:

  • Take on day-to-day project responsibilities under the design and architectural oversight of our senior team

  • Float across the ISO tower, assisting not only with security initiatives but also contributing to infrastructure projects

  • Collaborate closely with the security and infrastructure teams to identify and implement effective solutions

  • Provide technical guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of security-related projects

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, technologies, and best practices to inform your decision-making

  • Contribute to the development of security policies, standards, and procedures that align with industry regulations and best practices


IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:

  • Extensive experience as a Solutions Architect, with a strong focus on security and infrastructure

  • Proven track record of delivering successful security projects in a complex, enterprise-level environment

  • Excellent understanding of security frameworks, protocols, and technologies, such as firewalls, VPNs, and identity management systems

  • Proficiency in designing and implementing secure network architectures, as well as troubleshooting and resolving security-related issues

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and identify innovative solutions

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

  • Relevant certifications, such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA, would be highly desirable

  • A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest security trends and technologies, and a commitment to continuous learning


Applicants must be authorized to work in the United Kingdom, without the need for visa sponsorship by North Highland. Work visa sponsorship will not be provided, either now or in the future, for this position.
This is a temporary employee (PAYE) opportunity working via an Umbrella company.
