North Highland is the world’s leading change and transformation consultancy. Simply put, we make change happen like no one else and we’re on the hunt for a Lead Designer in our Quito, Ecuador office. 

You’ll be working alongside other changemakers in our firm to elevate brand awareness and engagement through our owned social channels, integrated campaign support, and employee advocacy programs.

YOU WILL:
Content Development:
  • Create compelling marketing content including blog posts, case studies, e-books, and presentations.
  • Adapt complex information into clear, engaging content for various audiences and channels.
  • Maintain consistent brand voice while supporting content needs for campaigns and product launches.
  • Work with subject matter experts to capture technical information for marketing materials.
Project Management:
  • Coordinate marketing projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Develop project schedules and facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
  • Track milestones, identify potential roadblocks, and keep stakeholders informed.
  • Manage resources and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
Communications Support:
  • Develop internal and external communications for marketing initiatives and launches.
  • Ensure consistent messaging across various channels and stakeholders.
  • Edit and proofread communications for clarity, consistency, and brand alignment.
  • Support presentation development for customer meetings and events.
Marketing Coordination:
  • Liaise between Field Marketing, Product Marketing, and other teams to coordinate activities.
  • Support planning and execution of marketing campaigns while organizing assets and materials.
  • Track marketing activities and compile reports on results.
IDEALLY, WE’D LIKE:
  • Experience: 2-4+ years' experience in marketing, communications, or content development. Experience in professional services or B2B marketing is a plus.
  • Digital versatility: Comfortable working across multiple digital channels and adapting quickly to new platforms and tools. You enjoy wearing different hats and solving diverse marketing challenges.
  • Exceptional communication skills: Strong writing abilities for creating engaging content across various digital channels. Ability to adapt brand voice for different platforms and audiences. Capable of translating complex ideas into clear, compelling content for various audiences.
  • Basic data skills: Comfortable working with marketing metrics and drawing insights to improve performance. Experience with digital analytics tools is beneficial.
  • Attention to detail: Meticulous in reviewing content and maintaining accurate records in our marketing systems.
  • Accountability and organization: Able to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and take ownership of your work.
  • A bachelor's degree: Preferably in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. This must be from an accredited college or university.

Business Acumen – demonstrates capacity to operate role in line with the business needs, requirements, and changes.

Relationship Management – forms and maximizes relationships with business partners through effective and timely communication, responsiveness, knowledge share, and a solution-oriented approach.

Communication – provides clear messaging through emails, NH Weekly updates, power point presentations, etc. to inform and influence the business.

Cultural Awareness – demonstrates and utilizes an awareness of our culture and how data impacts, informs, and influences our culture.
