-
Own architecture decisions, technical documentation, and code quality standards.

Build and optimize APIs, microservices, and data models (PostgreSQL).
-
Design and implement EDI integrations (Boomi, Cleo, X12) or transformation engines depending on specialization.
-
Drive CI/CD, testing, and engineering best practices.
-
Collaborate directly with client stakeholders in daily ceremonies and technical discussions.
-
Mentor engineers and support their growth.
IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:
-
7+ years of full stack software engineering experience.
-
3+ years in a Tech Lead or people management role.

Strong experience with C# / .NET, APIs, and microservices architecture.

Hands-on experience with AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, SQS/SNS, RDS/Aurora).
-
Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL.
-
Experience with CI/CD, testing frameworks, and code quality tools.
-
Advanced English (client-facing role).
-
Experience with EDI/X12, Boomi, or Cleo.

Experience designing scalable architectures or transformation engines.
-
Background in supply chain, retail, or distribution.
