We're seeking a Learning and Development Specialist in Portland, OR to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact. Contract Assignment, 12-18 months, 4 days a week onsite.
SUMMARY
As a Learning & Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in executing the training programs that support a significant technology transition at our client's organization. Your expertise in creating and delivering tailored learning content will be instrumental in minimizing disruption and driving successful adoption of the new systems and processes.
YOU WILL:

Develop engaging digital learning materials to educate internal and external stakeholders on the changing landscape

Design and lead live training sessions that cater to the unique needs of various functions

Track training outcomes and continuously refine strategies to optimize the learning experience

Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure the learning and development approach aligns with the overall transition plan

Demonstrate a keen eye for detail and a passion for driving measurable impact through your training initiatives
IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:
-
Extentsive experience in leading complex change management initiatives, preferably in a consulting environment, apparel, product creation and merchandise planning experience would be preferred.

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Learning & Development Specialist, preferably in a technology-driven environment

Excellent instructional design skills, with the ability to create engaging and effective training content

Proven track record of successfully delivering live training programs to diverse audiences

Strong project management capabilities to coordinate the learning and development workstream within a complex, multi-faceted project

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and facilitate interactive learning sessions

Adaptability and a growth mindset to quickly learn new technologies and adjust training strategies as needed

Degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field is preferred
