We're seeking a Manager in Portland in our Human and Health Services Practice to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact.
SUMMARY
North Highland is looking to hire a Manager Level consultant with Reproductive Health and/or Public Health Project Management experience to help serve the needs of our Public Sector client.
YOU WILL:

Organize engagement plans and facilitation for RH staff, leadership, and key partners; inclusive refresh of mission and co-development of priorities, goals, and activities

Perform an In-depth review and synthesis of relevant documentation and literature (evaluations, assessments, best-practice guidance to increase access to reproductive health care)

Produce a draft and final artifacts, including: Executive Summary; project plans/trackers/timelines; meeting agendas/notes/reports; data collection/review summaries (literature, focus groups, interviews, surveys); refreshed RH mission statement; comprehensive Strategic Plan with priorities, goals, activities; presentations to stakeholder groups

Give Recommendations and initial supports for implementation of the Strategic Plan

Disseminate/communicate strategy for the Strategic Plan
IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:
-
7+ Years of experience w/ strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, demonstrated experience in the reproductive health field nationally or in Oregon, or with a comparable public health topic area

Solid understanding of Oregon’s health systems and/or public health systems

Recent experience (within the past 3 years) with Oregon State agencies or government entities, providing similar services

College Degree in an Applicable Field

Professional Certifications are a Bonus;
