MAKE STRATEGY A REALITY | ACCELERATE YOUR GROWTH | CHOOSE YOUR PATH
As the world's leading change and transformation consultancy, we're helping businesses move from strategy to reality by taking a pragmatic and practical approach to build solutions that last.
We're seeking a Global HR & Compliance Manager in our Atlanta, GA office to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact.
SUMMARY:
The Global HR & Compliance Manager is a hands-on HR generalist role that supports a broad range of people programs, operational processes, policy practices, employee guidance, and cross-functional HR initiatives across our global business. This role will serve as a trusted partner to HR, Legal, business leaders, and external partners to help translate employment requirements into practical, people-centered solutions. While the role is intentionally broad, it will also own and maintain the global HR compliance framework, ensuring our policies, processes, reporting, audits, training, and vendor partnerships are scalable, consistent, and aligned with applicable employment obligations in the markets where we operate.
YOU WILL:
• Partner with HR leadership, HR Business Partners, Legal, Talent Acquisition, and business stakeholders to support HR operations, employee matters, policy interpretation, and people-related processes across the firm.
• Build trusted relationships across functions, geographies, and levels, balancing strategic priorities with operational execution.
• Use HR data, reporting, and trends to identify risks, process gaps, and opportunities to improve consistency, efficiency, compliance, and employee experience.
• Support HR projects and process improvements across onboarding, employment practices, employee experience, vendor management, and global ways of working.
• Own and maintain the global HR compliance program, including employment-related policies, handbooks, required reporting, audits, training, employment eligibility practices, and vendor partnerships.
• Manage HR compliance-related vendors and partners, including background checks, employment eligibility, labor law postings, immigration support, compliance training, and related services.
• Translate employment requirements into practical guidance, tools, processes, and communications for leaders, employees, and HR partners.
• Lead policy, handbook, and process updates across relevant geographies in partnership with Legal, external counsel, and internal stakeholders.
• Support employment-related requirements for client pursuits, proposals, contracts, and audits by coordinating accurate and timely HR input and documentation.
IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:
• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with a blend of HR operations, business partnership, employee relations, policy, compliance, and project/program management.
• Ability to operate as a broad HR generalist while applying strong judgment, discretion, and a practical foundation in employment compliance and policy governance.
• Experience supporting HR programs, policies, and processes across multiple geographies; global experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of employment laws, regulatory requirements, required reporting, employment eligibility, background checks, and related HR compliance obligations.
• Experience developing practical HR policies, resources, communications, process documentation, and guidance for different audiences.
• Comfortable partnering with counsel, vendors, HR colleagues, leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to solve complex people and operational issues.
• Experience with HRIS platforms, preferably Workday, and the ability to use HR data and reporting to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Strong project management, communication, analytical, and continuous improvement skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and drive work from planning through execution.
• Collaborative, flexible, and solutions-oriented, with the ability to build trusted relationships across functions, geographies, and levels.
