We are seeking a Manager Salesforce Developer to lead our development team in delivering innovative Salesforce solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical development of Salesforce projects, mentoring team members, and ensuring best practices in architecture and coding standards. This is a leadership position that combines hands-on development with strategic planning and team management. 

DESIRABLE:
  • Experience with advanced Salesforce solutions such as CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or Experience Cloud. 

  • Familiarity with integration platforms like MuleSoft or Dell Boomi. 

  • Proficiency in DevOps tools for Salesforce (e.g., Gearset, Copado) and CI/CD pipeline management. 

  • Knowledge of data migration strategies and tools. 

  • Background in working with global, distributed teams. 



IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). 

  • 8 + years of experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). 

  • Strong leadership and team management experience, with a proven ability to mentor and guide technical teams. 

  • Comprehensive understanding of Salesforce architecture, including integrations and security models. 

  • Expertise in Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP) and integration tools. 

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration tools, including workflows, process builders, and custom objects. 

  • Proficiency in Agile project management methodologies. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

  • Ability to balance technical and managerial responsibilities effectively. 

  • Ability to work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other leaders to ensure successful project execution.
