We are looking for a Manager Fullstack Developer with strong leadership experience and a deep understanding of both frontend and backend technologies.

SUMMARY

In this role, you will manage a team of developers, guiding them to deliver high-quality, scalable applications while ensuring the effective execution of projects. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, including product managers, designers, and engineers, to ensure seamless product development

REQUIREMENTS:
  • 8+ years of experience in Fullstack Development, with proficiency in both frontend and backend technologies. 

  • 2+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial role, managing a team of developers.
  • Strong written and verbal English — direct client collaboration
  • Strong technical background in C# / .NET 8, Entity Framework Core, PostgreSQL (including JSONB
  • Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services: Lambda, API Gateway, SNS/SQS, Aurora/RDS.
  • Proficiency with Git, JIRA, CI/CD pipelines, SonarQube, DataDog
  • Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD). 

  • In-depth knowledge of agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). 

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team collaboration skills. 

  • Strong analytical skills to identify complex issues, evaluate solutions, and make informed decisions that balance technical and business requirements. 

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 

  • Focus on understanding end-user needs and ensuring that the team’s development efforts deliver valuable, user-friendly solutions 

Desirables: 

  • Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). 

  • Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Trello, etc.). 

  • Experience working with in-site or distributed teams.
