HOW WILL YOU MAKE CHANGE HAPPEN?

We are seeking a Retail Technology & Supply Chain Systems Leader to drive strategic growth and sales within our retail portfolio. This role is ideal for a Consulting Executive with deep expertise in core retail systems, including Merchandising & Planning, Warehouse Management, Order Management, and Inventory Management Systems.
 
YOU WILL:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to retail clients, bringing functional consulting expertise in merchandising, planning and supply chain processes and supporting systems.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, lead proposal development efforts, and build strong client relationships to grow the firm’s footprint with our big retail clients. 

  • Lead proposal development efforts and bring relationships with technology vendors and retail clients, drawing on experience leading system implementations in the industry.

  • Provide strategic insights on how retail merchandising, planning and supply chain systems should be connected and optimized for improved efficiency.

 
IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE: 

  • A senior leader with a strong understanding of retail technology systems and their role in merchandising, planning, and supply chain operations – bringing functional expertise and technical system knowledge, guiding clients on system improvements and integrations.

  • A credible industry expert with a proven track record of driving business growth and sales through technology-enabled transformation.


We’ve been around for 33 years; we have a marquee set of clients and decades of relationships and are amid building a key account program that is the foundation for growth for the firm. We want your leadership at the client that can take our 30+ years of relationships and transition that into bigger deals and bigger impact. We have 1 PNL as a firm and we want your help creating interesting pitches for larger deals. We have board level funding with our equity partner, and we will continue to add capabilities through acquisition (such as our recent acquisition of a 200-person data and analytics firm).
