We're seeking a Managing Director in London to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact.
SUMMARY
The Managing Director of our Change Management Practice is responsible for thought leadership, talent development, the acquisition and maturation of target accounts, including account growth, quality of delivery, client satisfaction, risk management, profitability, and client team effectiveness.
YOU WILL:

Develop trusted relationships with client executive teams and industry organizations that result in new business opportunities.

Use change management expertise to lead delivery across complex engagements, maximize delivery impact, transform the client’s thinking, and influence their decision making.

Dive deep into the challenges facing clients, think big and draw on your personal point of view to develop creative solutions to their toughest business problems.

Apply Change Management expertise to deliver solutions that are functional, effective, and of lasting value to the client.

Create exciting new solutions for client pursuits and/or business development proposals.

Identify, qualify, and shape opportunities to win business and grow existing accounts.

Serve as project team member or project manager as needed.

Be known as recognized thought leader.
IDEALLY, WE’D LIKE:?
-
15+ years of management consulting, advisory, professional services, industry and/or Big 4 consulting experience.

Proven subject matter expertise in Change Management and extensive industry expertise, ideally in one of the following: Life Sciences, Financial Services, Consumer Products and Retail, and/or state-level Public Sector

Demonstrated success in delivering expert solutions and methodologies to existing and new client accounts.

Experience running engagements, managing teams, and driving desired business outcomes throughout delivery, as well as the ability to pinpoint gaps and omissions.

A demonstrated track record of leading large, complex consulting engagements, with roles that involve building and fostering relationships with senior-level client executives.

Creative ingenuity and a proven ability to find or design simple solutions to complex challenges.

An ability to authentically establish credibility, build consensus, and activate collaboration with clients and teammates.

Excellent interpersonal communication skills.

External accreditation or recognition from recognized professional bodies.

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university. A master’s degree or professional certifications are bonuses.
