We're seeking a Marketing Cloud Developer in Quito to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact.

SUMMARY

As a Marketing Cloud Developer, you will play a crucial role in building and enhancing the technical foundation that enables personalized, data-driven marketing initiatives. Your primary responsibility will be to develop solutions that go beyond standard, declarative configurations by leveraging a variety of scripting languages. This includes creating custom functionalities that support advanced campaign requirements and optimizing processes to ensure efficient marketing operations.

YOU WILL:

• Work independently, own feature implementation from start to end, and present technical solutions to project stakeholders.

• Proven proficiency in AMPscript, SQL, and Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS) for advanced personalization and data management.

• Hands-on experience with core Marketing Cloud modules including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Contact Builder.

• Strong background in web technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript for creating responsive marketing assets.

• Experience integrating Marketing Cloud with various data sources and other Salesforce products (e.g., Sales or Service Cloud) using APIs (REST/SOAP) and the Marketing Cloud Connect managed package.

• Proficient with development tools such as Microsoft Visual Studio Code and version control systems like Git.

IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:

• Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Developer, Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Email Specialist or Marketing Cloud Consultant, Agentforce Specialist.

• Minimum of 3–5 years of demonstrable experience in software development, with at least 3 years specifically focused on Salesforce Marketing Cloud development.

• Familiarity with data security protocols and compliance regulations such as GDPR and CCPA.

• Experience with AI Prompt Engineering

• Comfortable working within a cross-functional development team and contributing to technical documentation.

• Demonstrated commitment to continued personal and professional development.
