The Project Manager/Channel Manager is responsible for significant contributions to the development and delivery of the overall marketing strategy for a portfolio of medium to large programs, products, and processes.
Key responsibilities include using data to inform marketing program deliverables, interacting actively with multiple business partners to support priorities and project direction and using advanced logic to make complex decisions and judgements with a noticeable impact felt on functional results.
Job expectations include identifying risks and opportunities and defining and delivering strategic solutions.
SUMMARY:
Responsible for developing and managing Financial Center client communications as well as managing a portfolio of offers that bring data-driven, customer-level opportunities and relationship deepening insights to our customer facing associates (Financial Centers, Contact Centers). This role will be critical to ensuring our content activities support the sales process, amplify the brand, help acquire and deepen relationships, and position our bankers as trusted advisors for our clients.
We partner with channel sales leaders and manage all Associate targeted client outreach marketing efforts. Our team focuses on targeted offers, relationship emails, SMS Texts, and outbound calling. We cover all product groups and support the Financial Center and Contact Center. Requests for our work comes from Segment and Product partners, directly from the field and channel, and often from our recommendations. We take the requests through the full process – targeting, channel fit, and MAP approvals. We produce scripts, client offer handouts and On-Demand emails. Utilizing data and reporting to provide strategic solutions for our partners, is a key to our success. We accomplish this with a group of partners, so managing relationships is an important element to our team.
YOU WILL:

Work with Channel Managers, product and segment partners to develop appropriate benchmarks for campaign assessment/success

Analyze data and report results to drive improvement

Develop marketing materials and tools that support advisor and client need

Execute key components of marketing projects including creative brief development, agency management and internal approvals.

Responsible for quality, on-time, on-budget delivery of plan elements.

Develop executive level presentations.
IDEALLY WE'D LIKE:

BS/BA degree or equivalent experience required
-
5+ years of financial services marketing, agency or comparable experience

Experience in marketing channel management or sales performance roles

Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and quickly reprioritize campaigns or offer inventory as performance metrics and channel objectives warrant

Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders across the organization

Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to succinctly convey large amounts of information

Strong critical thinking skills and business acumen with understanding of associate channel marketing

Strong client-relationship and networking skills – tact and diplomacy.

Data manipulation, reporting or targeting experience

Ability to work in a team environment with partners in multiple locations.

High quality standards with attention to detail.

Understanding of the importance of corporate standards, procedures, and approval processes.

Self-starter who demonstrates initiative and proactively contributes ideas and solutions.
